These are five low buildings of five floors each – ground floor and four floors. Each one of them will have twenty apartments, of two and three rooms.

Located in the access to Santa Bárbara and Nordelta, this supply center and office center has 3500 square meters. The building has two fronts, one with activity on wide sidewalks and the parking lot on the entrance road, and the second one more peaceful and with green spaces and good views towards the interior of the gated community. This is not a monotonous structure, on the contrary, it is developed with movements generating special places with external stairs, a fountain, balconies, a sector with arches, so that different and qualified spaces are generated. It is scheduled to have premises destined to answer the requirements of areas such as gastronomy, daily supply, pharmacy, drugstore, ice cream shop and many others of daily use. It is a new complex of offices on route 27, on the access to Santa Maria de Tigre gated community , giving the place a work infrastructure in agreement with the development of New Tigre.

Located on a plot of two hectares, we find this complex of 3500m2, formed by three buildings destined to studies or offices and a fourth building with a corporate character for big companies.

The buildings are, at the same time, linked by promenades with pergolas around a large central park and different spaces, proposing a new way of working closely related to nature. The land has a lot of ancient trees which make the garden and the internal views of the offices a unique place.

The study/offices have a surface of 40m2, and have air-conditioning (warm-cold), a kitchenette, toilet with basin, an archive with room for boxes and lever arch files and a parking space for private use. In order to cover all the space needs, the offices can be joined to an equivalent unit and thus form larger studies.
